• It's a no-brainer if you're a giver and you've shopped with us more than 2 or 3 times!  Start saving 20% off right away after you join.  We've got a great selection of Swedish dishcloths and gifts for every occasion.  After all, almost everyone cooks, and hopefully even the takeout kings & queens wipe off their counters!  
• Can I quit at any time? We'd hate to see you go, but yes, you can cancel at any time.  You'll continue to receive VIP benefits for one year from your date of purchase.  Unfortunately, we can't reimburse pro-rated amounts for the remaining current membership.
• When am I charged: The annual fee for VIP Membership is charged as soon as you purchase it. You'll then receive a reminder 30 days and 3 days before it renews so you can decide if you want to continue or stop (no sneaky auto-renewals without notice here!). 
• How do I activate VIP discount pricing? Purchase the VIP Membership alone, with no other products in your cart.  Then, come back to the shop and login to your account.  The VIP discount will be automatically applied to all of your orders when you are logged into your account.
